Tilt Up is a 100% Canadian-owned and operated company, based in British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it, consistent with Canada's PIPEDA and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

  • Account details: your name and email.
  • Learning records: course progress, exam attempts and scores, certificates, the language you learned in, and (for forklift) practical evaluation results.

Why we collect it

To deliver training, issue and verify credentials, and — where a sponsor funds your training — to confirm your completion to that sponsor.

How we protect it

We handle your personal information in accordance with Canada's PIPEDA and BC's PIPA, and we never sell it.

Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information, and request deletion subject to our record-keeping obligations. Contact tiltup2024@gmail.com.

Retention

We retain credential records as needed to verify certificates and meet regulatory expectations, then securely delete them.
